CURRENT SPECIAL: Up to 3 high quality shots at 1 location within 10kms of Manly – $125 (inc processing)

Standard Pricing:

<> On location: $100 per hour

<> Processing: $80 per hour

To give you an idea of how that works, it would take me around an hour to shoot 6 shots depending on the property, plus an hour to process them.

So approximately, my charge for 6 high resolution shots is $180, 8 shots is $220, and 10 shots is $250.

These prices depend on the specific requirements of any particular job and may be subject to change.

Please contact me if you have any different image quantity or size preferences and I will be happy to give you a quote.

I dont like to keep my clients waiting so the images will be delivered to you in high res via email or on CD within 24 hours of the shoot.

Floorplans

<> On location: 40 cents per square metre

<> Processing: $10

This will equate to about $50 for a 93 square metre (1000 square ft) property.

Floorplans are usually completed within 24 hours.

Property Podcasts/Video Brochures

Property podcasts (also known as Multimedia Tours or Video Brochures) are an exciting new and hugely economical way to digitally display marketing material for a property. Property podcasts can be created once a shoot is completed or by using images you provide.

There is no callout or on location fee if done with a property shoot.

Premium podcast with voice over - $50

Premium podcast without voice over – $40

Turn around time: 24 hours

Economy podcast with voice over – $40

Economy podcast with out voice over – $30
